You can also view the shipping cost by placing an item in the shopping basket then going to the checkout and selecting your country.

• UK £5.00 + VAT (£6.00 including VAT) by Royal Mail

• EU £12.00 by Airmail

• Rest of World £12.00 by Airmail

Non UK Orders - Customs - DAP

All online order will be sent  - Delivered at Place (DAP). This means:

• The buyer is responsible for import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties.  
• We are responsible for arranging carriage and for delivering the goods.
• We will ship with commercial invoices declared to the courier / shipping company at time of booking the shipment. 
  We can also ship - Ex Works so you can arrange your own shipping and customs. Please email for this service.
  

If your order is urgent we can use next day services at-cost from DHL, FedEx, TNT, Royal Mail and other. Please email for a shipping quote. Do Not Order online.

Standard Low Cost Shipping.
We would prefer to ship at cost for each individual order however calculating shipping for each order, each with different weights and destinations is not practical with so we have a simplified system to calculate shipping before you order:

Online orders are normally shipped within 48 hours when we have the items in stock. Shipping may take a couple of days to remote UK locations and 7 to 10 days outsside the UK, subject to customs.

All shipments will require a signature upon delivery. (please use a delivery address where someone will be there to sign for it between 9am and 5pm).

Urgent orders. UK, Highlands and Islands. Please phone.
If you need an item urgently please phone your order or send an email stating ‘Urgent Order’, we will quote you a price including costs for shipping by the fastest method.

Urgent orders. Ireland, EU and Rest of World.
If you need an item urgently please email your order stating ‘Urgent Order’, we will quote you a price including shipping by DHL, FedEX, UPS or TNT whichever is quickest and lowest cost.

Battery Orders.
Shipping of Li-Ion and Li-Poly batteries is restricted by strict regulations when transported by aircraft and by Royal Mail. Orders including these types of batteries may incur an extra shipping charge where we cannot send by Royal Mail. Please email for a quote.

VAT
VAT at 20% is charged to all UK orders except the Channel Islands. No VAT is charged on orders placed from outside the UK.
