If you would like advice or to collect your order please email or order online.  Then email us so we can arrange for you to collect. We will refund the shipping charge that you will be charged online. We normally need 24 hours notice for this.

Battery Orders.
Shipping of Li-Ion and Li-Poly batteries is restricted by strict regulations when transported by aircraft and by Royal Mail. Orders including these types of batteries may incur an extra shipping charge where we cannot send by Royal Mail. Please email for a quote.

VAT
VAT at 20% is charged to all UK and EU orders except the Channel Islands. No VAT is charged on orders placed from outside the EU.
If you are from and EU and VAT registered and can supply a valid VAT number we can invoice you without VAT. Please email.
