This wiring plan is for Standard Horizon radios with a single 3.5mm threaded four pole socket.
3.5mm Pin with screw locking thread.

Common Ground for Mic, Speaker and Mic
Mic & PTT
Electret Mics connect here. When the Mic is connected via a PTT switch to Ground the radio transmits. (Mic and PTT are in series).
