The Hytera PD505LF is a small and neat digital DMR446 and PMR446 analogue radio. Compatible with all PMR446 radios in analogue mode. In digital mode it has a fully featured Selcall system
With a variety of Selcall functions this is one of the most versatile basic licence-free radios available today.
This radio is built for the tough environments and will give reliable service in and outdoors but is small and light enough for more benign applications.
The digital voice processing will enable clearer communications in noisy environments. In digital mode it will achieve up to 40% better battery life over analogue radios.
Digital mode also enables twice the traffic capacity over analogue, voice security against scanners.
The radio will also function in analogue mode for backwards compatibility with existing radios.
