The RD985 repeater supports TDMA digital and analog modes. Auto switching between analogue and digital modes it allows you to migrate your existing analogue radios into a two-slot digital TDMA system without complete change of radios.
In digital mode it supports dual slot TDMA so two conversations can be made via the repeater at any time making for a very cost efficient use of OFCOM bandwidth and Repeater hardware capital costs.
