ProtectHear Aviation Kit

This is the aviation version of ProtectHear and is supplied with a second pair of transparent Custom moulds which are not fitted with the ProtectHear insert.

These soft silicone custom earpieces give an SNR of 29dB or better to EN 352-2, while still allowing low level audio to be heard.

Each pair of PROTECThear are manufactured using specially formulated medical-grade silicone, to offer the highest degree of comfort whilst providing a highly effective acoustic barrier.

They are designed for use with our Nanocomm aviation headset although they are available as replacements for standard foam earplugs.

Available in Yellow (the default colour), blue or beige and transparent.

The taking of impressions is a simple process that can only be performed by a trained and qualified professional. A liquid silicone is applied to the ear canal and outer ear. This remains in the ear for about 5-10 minutes while it sets. The now solid impression is removed and is used to manufacture your earpieces.
